KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The BIM Architect will work with architects, engineers, and other project team members to create and manage BIM models, which are used to improve efficiency, accuracy, and communication throughout the project lifecycle
Develop and implement BIM standards and processes
Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
Preparing Revit model as well as creating sheets & annotations for the same.
Communication and coordinating with various disciplines and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
Preparing, reviewing, and re-drafting alongside the architecture and engineering team.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

8-10 years\' experience in architectural works, minimum of 5 years in a BIM consultancy.
Excellent skills in REVIT software
Knowledge of Navisworks, Enscape, Autocad, twinmotion will be an added advantage.
GCC project experience
Excellent communication skills

Vertical: Digital Engineering
