Job Summary: As a Billing Specialist at IIQAF, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the billing and invoicing cycle, while maintaining a positive and professional relationship with our clients. Responsibilities:
- Review and process client invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor and reconcile client accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Communicate with clients to answer billing inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate posting of payments and maintain up-to-date billing records
- Prepare and analyze billing reports to assist with financial analysis and forecasting
- Develop and maintain efficient billing procedures and controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- At least 2 years of experience in billing, preferably in the financial services industry
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of billing and accounts receivable processes
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
