Job Summary:

As a Billing Specialist at IIQAF, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the billing and invoicing cycle, while maintaining a positive and professional relationship with our clients.

Responsibilities:

Review and process client invoices accurately and in a timely manner Monitor and reconcile client accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any billing discrepancies Communicate with clients to answer billing inquiries and provide exceptional customer service Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate posting of payments and maintain up-to-date billing records Prepare and analyze billing reports to assist with financial analysis and forecasting Develop and maintain efficient billing procedures and controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in billing, preferably in the financial services industry Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Strong understanding of billing and accounts receivable processes Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Exceptional communication and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Ability to work independently and in a team environment
