Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and related tax documents in compliance with applicable regulations. Register, verify, and monitor billing transactions within the accounting system. Generate monthly reports related to sales performance and invoicing activities. Coordinate closely with sales and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of orders. Maintain proper control, storage, and traceability of sequential and tax-related documentation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field (Technical degree or Bachelor's in Public Accounting or Administration preferred). At least 2 years of proven experience in billing, invoicing, or accounting roles. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Solid understanding of tax regulations and electronic invoicing procedures. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
