Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily cash transactions and maintain proper cash records.
Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and delivery notes for customers.
Maintain updated billing reports and daily sales summaries.
Record payments received and reconcile with system entries.
Coordinate with the accounts department for deposit and reporting.
Manage petty cash and support site procurement when needed.
Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and expense reports.
Ensure all billing and payment activities comply with company policies.
Support administrative and documentation tasks at the site office.

Education:
Minimum High School / Diploma in Accounting or Commerce
Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience in billing, cashiering, or accounts (preferably in construction, transport, or industrial field
Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting software
Strong numerical and record-keeping skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Language:
Malayalam ,Hindi, English
Availability:
Must be willing to work at Sajaa site location
