Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk to handle day-to-day billing and invoicing activities. The role involves preparing invoices, verifying customer details, and ensuring timely record-keeping. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with basic accounting knowledge and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:



Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and on time Verify billing information and resolve discrepancies Maintain proper records of invoices and payments Assist in updating and maintaining customer billing files Coordinate with accounts and sales teams for invoice-related queries Support the finance department in routine administrative tasks

Requirements:



Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers Good communication and organizational skills Fresh graduates welcome to apply
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
