Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Support monthly utility billing cycles (electricity, water, cooling) by preparing and validating invoices
Verify meter readings, consumption data, and customer billing details
Reconcile payments and assist in resolving billing discrepancies
Maintain accurate digital records and invoice logs in billing systems
Communicate with internal teams to clarify account or system data
Assist with reporting, trend analysis, and audit support
Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) for data processing
Learn and support internal billing platforms used in metering and invoicing workflows
