We are seeking a detail-oriented and guest-focused

Reservation Agent

to join a prestigious luxury hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will manage all room reservation inquiries and ensure a seamless booking experience, maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms promptly and professionally. Accurately process reservations using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS). Ensure all bookings include correct guest information, special requests, and billing details. Respond to guest questions regarding rates, availability, hotel services, and policies. Upsell room categories and additional hotel services to maximize revenue opportunities. Coordinate with front office, sales, and housekeeping teams for smooth pre-arrival arrangements. Monitor daily room availability and occupancy forecasts to support inventory management. Maintain accurate records and prepare reservation reports as needed. Follow hotel policies and standard operating procedures in every interaction. Address guest concerns or complaints promptly, escalating when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or reservations training is an advantage. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a reservations or front desk role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel. Proficiency with hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS). Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English and Tagalog; additional language skills are a plus. Currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa. Philippine Nationals preferred
