Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels in the assigned stores, ensuring products are never out of stock.
Replenish stock as needed, checking for any gaps in the shelves and informing the supervisor of restocking needs.
Work closely with store personnel to secure optimal shelf space, especially for promotional products and new launches.
Set up and maintain promotional displays, including point-of-sale (POS) materials, in coordination with sales and marketing teams.
Ensure all promotional items and pricing are visible and accurately reflected on the shelves.
Actively monitor competitors' displays and promotions, providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to enhance cooperation and product placement.
Communicate and coordinate with store staff to ensure that the company's products are handled with care and properly displayed.
Address any merchandising issues or customer complaints with professionalism and report them to the supervisor.
