Job Description
We're building a fast-growing
bike leasing business
for delivery partners across the UAE and seeking an operator who can manage fleet, riders, maintenance, and daily operations end-to-end.Key Responsibilities
Manage bike fleet operations: allocation, returns, swaps. Handle rider onboarding, documents, and contract management. Coordinate maintenance, servicing, repairs, and workshop schedules. Monitor RTA compliance, insurance, fines, and accident cases. Track revenue, collections, and fleet utilization KPIs. Liaise with delivery companies (Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, etc.).
Requirements
2-5 years experience in bike leasing / delivery fleet / logistics. Strong knowledge of RTA processes and rider management. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Can work under pressure and manage high-volume operations.
