About the Role

-We're seeking a sharp and hands-on Data & Dispatch Operations Manager to lead our dispatcher team and drive performance through data.
-This role bridges operations and analytics -- combining workforce management, shift planning, and real-time logistics control with deep analysis of delivery KPIs to ensure we operate at peak efficiency across all zones.
Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch Team ManagementOversee day-to-day activities of dispatchers across all shifts.
-Ensure all delivery slots are efficiently assigned based on courier availability and order volume.Monitor real-time order flow, resolve escalations, and support dispatchers in decision-making.Create shift schedules, assign delivery zones, and ensure dispatcher coverage during peak periods.
-Train and mentor dispatchers on tools, performance tracking, and communication standards.

Operational Analysis & OptimizationAnalyze delivery performance metrics:
-Courier output per shiftLate delivery rates by slot/zoneSlot capacity planning vs actualsVehicle type utilization (bike vs car)

Forecast resource needs (couriers and dispatchers) based on sales and promo trends.
-Build and maintain dashboards for live operations monitoring and shift reports.
-Recommend and implement improvements to route efficiency, shift models, and zone management.
-Coordinate with tech team to improve dispatcher tools and courier tracking features.

Cross-functional
-Act as the key link between dispatch, customer service, and warehouse operations.
-Work with the courier team to align availability and performance expectations.
-Provide regular reports and feedback to upper management.

Requirements
2-5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics operations, preferably with an analytical background. Experience leading or managing dispatchers or courier operations.Strong analytical skills -- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required; SQL or BI tools is a plus. Familiarity with route planning, delivery slotting, and last-mile logistics. *Leadership mindset with ability to manage people and systems simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills; thrives in a fast-paced environment. UAE experience preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
