Key Responsibilities:
Package Delivery:
Deliver packages, documents, and parcels safely and on time to designated locations.
Route Planning:
Optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation while adhering to all traffic laws.
Customer Interaction:
Provide courteous and professional service during all customer interactions.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Conduct regular checks on the delivery bike to ensure it remains in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate logs of all deliveries, including receipts and confirmations.
Safety Compliance:
Always follow road safety rules and company safety protocols.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the operations team to coordinate delivery schedules.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
At least 1 year in a bike delivery or similar role.
License:
Valid UAE motorcycle driving license.
Skills:
Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic laws.
Basic English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic problem-solving skills.
Physically fit and capable of handling long driving hours and light package lifting.
Friendly and professional customer service attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in courier, delivery, or logistics sectors.
Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation apps.
Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
