In this role, you will be responsible for delivering medicine and other items to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt deliveries. Duties

Navigate designated delivery routes using a bicycle, ensuring timely arrival at each destination. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Safely transport medicines and other items while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of your bicycle to ensure safe and efficient deliveries. Communicate effectively with the delivery team regarding order status, customer feedback, and any issues encountered during deliveries. Assist in loading and unloading items as needed, ensuring that all deliveries are accurately prepared for transport.

Requirements

Previous experience as a delivery driver or courier is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Experience in food service is a plus, providing familiarity with handling food items safely. Must possess a valid driver's license (if applicable) and have access to a reliable bicycle for deliveries. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently. Must be physically fit, capable of cycling long distances, and able to lift moderate weights as necessary.
