We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Person to join our team at 33 Cafe. The ideal candidate will ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages while providing excellent customer service and maintaining the quality standards of our cafe.
Key Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver food and beverage orders safely and on time to customers.
Verify orders before delivery to ensure accuracy and quality.
Handle payments or coordinate with the cashier as per the company process.
Maintain a clean and well-kept delivery vehicle/bike.
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
Provide friendly and professional service to all customers.
Assist in packaging and order preparation during non-peak delivery hours.
Report any delays, vehicle issues, or customer complaints promptly.
Requirements
Valid UAE driving license for bike or car (as per delivery method).
Previous experience in food delivery or a similar role is preferred.
Good knowledge of local routes and neighborhoods.
Ability to handle cash and mobile payment transactions accurately.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Punctual, reliable, and customer-oriented attitude.
