Bike Delivery Operations Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Bike Delivery Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee daily delivery operations. The candidate will be responsible for supervising bike riders, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining bikes, handling operational records, and developing new delivery contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage bike delivery riders on a daily basis
Ensure timely, safe, and efficient delivery operations
Handle bike maintenance schedules, repairs, and service coordination
Monitor rider performance, attendance, and discipline
Maintain complete delivery records, rider data, and operational reports
Manage operational accounts, expenses, and basic financial records
Coordinate with clients and resolve delivery-related issues
Bring new delivery contracts and business opportunities
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience in delivery or logistics supervision
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of bike maintenance and operations
Ability to handle data records and basic accounting
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Experience in courier, food delivery, or last-mile delivery services
Existing contacts with businesses for delivery contracts
