Speedy Fleet Delivery Services is seeking to hire an

Operations Supervisor

to manage the delivery team's workflow and ensure the highest standards of efficiency and discipline.

This role is ideal for candidates with prior operational experience in delivery companies who are looking for a stable and growth-oriented career opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising drivers and organizing daily work schedules. Following up with clients to resolve operational issues. Submitting daily performance reports and monitoring service quality. Coordinating with management to improve operational performance. Contributing to cost reduction and efficiency enhancement. Overseeing vehicle or bike maintenance and updating operational data. Maintaining constant communication with vendors and operators to ensure resource availability and coordination at all levels.

Required Qualifications:

2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in delivery operations, either directly or via a

vendor

, working with major delivery companies such as

Noon, Careem, Talabat, or Deliveroo

. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in using delivery tracking tools and operational systems. A UAE driving license and owning a car are preferred. Must have a valid UAE residency that is transferable, or

willing to transfer sponsorship after proving capability

. Proficiency in English.

The Candidate must be ready to start within 4 days of acceptance.

Salary & Benefits:

Monthly salary starting from

: AED 4500

Monthly performance-based incentives
