Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage the daily activities of delivery riders.
Ensure riders meet company KPIs (on-time delivery, attendance, order volume, etc.).
Solve rider-related daily issues (late reporting, route problems, etc.).
Maintain performance records and prepare weekly reports.
Coordinate with dispatchers, team leads, and riders to ensure smooth delivery flow.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and guide underperforming riders.
Prefer candidates with past delivery/logistics industry experience.
Train new riders and ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of operations/logistics experience (delivery preferred).
Must be fluent in Hindi.
English and Urdu are a plus.
Strong people management and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using Google Sheets and Excel.
UAE delivery area knowledge is a strong advantage.
Able to handle field issues calmly and professionally.
