About the Role:

SESC Group is seeking a detail-oriented and technically-savvy

Bids Specialist

to lead the preparation of proposal documents for complex ICA and Commissioning Management scopes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in engineering or construction management who thrives on turning technical project data into accurate, and polished bid submissions.

You'll work closely with senior engineers, commercial teams, and project leads to interpret RFQs, develop proposal content, manage inputs, and produce compliant, professional documents for major infrastructure and facility projects across the

entire world

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret RFQ documents, scope of work, and project specifications. Review project design drawings and technical documentation (especially MEP/commissioning packages). Prepare complete ICA and Commissioning Management proposals from scratch. Develop and format high-quality submission documents in MS Office. Create technical visuals including flow charts, organograms, Gantt charts, and process diagrams. Ensure consistent formatting, clean presentation, and strict adherence to client submission standards. Coordinate proposal timelines, content version control, and submission checklists. Stay up to date on submission requirements and formatting styles used by large corporate clients across the region and globally. Use and manage document workflows via platforms such as Aconex, SharePoint, etc. Support the overall bids and business development strategy.

Qualifications & Background:

Bachelor's Degree in

Engineering

, Construction Management, or a related technical field (required). 3-5 years of experience in

proposal writing

or

bids coordination

, ideally within: MEP/Commissioning firms, engineering consultancies, or project or construction management firms. Strong understanding of: Commissioning, QA/QC, and ICA processes, engineering drawings and technical specifications, and industry standards, codes, and submission protocols (e.g., LEED, ISO 9001:2015, NEOM). Familiarity with digital platforms such as Aconex, Procore, and other client-mandated tools. Experience working with global and regional giants including NEOM, Red Sea Global, and KAEC is a strong advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
