Job Description

An Interior Fit-Out Bid Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the preparation and submission of high-quality bids and proposals within the interior fit-out industry. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure timely and successful bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities:



Bid Management:

Lead the end-to-end bid process, ensuring all deadlines are met and submissions are of the highest quality.

Documentation:

Prepare and review all bid documents, including proposals, presentations, and supporting materials.

Coordination:

Collaborate closely with internal teams--such as design, engineering, finance, and commercial departments--to gather necessary information and ensure all bid requirements are fulfilled.

Compliance:

Ensure all bids comply with company policies, client requirements, and industry standards.

Strategy Development:

Develop and implement bid strategies that enhance the company's competitive advantage.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Liaise with clients, partners, and subcontractors to gather insights and foster strong relationships.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify upcoming opportunities and trends in the industry.

Quality Assurance:

Review and edit bid content for accuracy, clarity, and impact.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks in the bidding process and develop mitigation strategies.

Continuous Improvement:

Continuously refine and improve bid processes and documentation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in bid coordination or a similar role, preferably within the interior fit-out, construction, or architecture sectors. Familiarity with the tendering process in the interior fit-out industry.

Skills & Competencies:



Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in bid management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
