Direct experience of selling large BSFI, ALM, treasury management, credit and market risk management solutions

Achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully by coordinating with the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company\xe2\x80\x99s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Collaborating with management and sales team to create the annual revenue goal and implement the business development plan.
Managing the prospective client pipeline and collaborating with local client teams to facilitate the sales process for all referral channels.
Understanding ERP & CPM models and effectively designing sales strategies according to market understanding
Facilitating communication with prospective clients \xe2\x80\x93 both verbally and in writing.
Representing the firm positively and professionally in the community and at industry events
Developing and implementing strategies and tactics with the sales team for generating leads from different channels.
Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with clients and prospects
Periodically conducting research and competitive analysis to stay apprised of current market changes and competitive trends
Identifying possible opportunities across all business sectors across the world
Identifying highly potential business opportunities and pitching SAM products and solutions accordingly.
Leading multi-disciplinary teams in developing complex solutions for specific client opportunities and in developing client deliverables such as a request for information (RFI) request for proposal response (RFP), statements of work (SOWs), and client proposals/ presentations.
Weekly reporting on all sales activities like leads, sales, collection
Desired Candidate Profile
Passionate in sales profession
Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and sales-closing skills
Goal-oriented, and dynamic to achieve the sales target and closing business deals.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Strong verbal and written communication skills- Arabic and French an added advantage
