Job Description

BFSI Sales Head with 10-15 years experience in Solution Sales in Middle East for predominanently in the BFSI domain among others.
Roles and Responsibilities


We are looking for a sales leader with proven experience and expertise in driving revenue growth as leader as well as building and managing high performing sales team. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through revenue and profitability growth while forging strong relationships with customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a sales head-
  • Build, nurture and manage a competitive, growth-oriented sales team
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure
  • Building a sales framework that can be replicated across the organization
  • Devising sales quotas, incentive plans and ensuring that quotas are met
  • Own the team, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of Direct Sales Team and inside sales reps.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and plan realistic forecasts
  • Identify sales support requirements and work with marketing to improve the inbound funnel
Desired Candidate Profile
  • 15+ years of experience driving growth for Cyber Security Solutions and Services company from the Middle East market
  • Must have good knowledge of technology services & cyber security solutions and sales practices in the IT industry
  • Must have prior experience in building and managing high performing Sales Team.
  • Should be able to manage complete BFSI vertical in MEA Region.
  • Should have strong relationship with Bank CISO/CTO,CXO’s
  • Excellent listening and English written and communications skills, and negotiation skills to close/win deals.
