Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role within high-end hospitality venues, F&B stand-alone operation & European/International experience will be highly preferred
Deep knowledge of beverage trends, mixology, and an innovative approach to menu creation.
Highly guest focused
Strong leadership skills with a passion for team building and staff development
Excellent communication skills in English, added languages e.g. French, Spanish, Italian, Russian will be highly preferred
Financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
