Under general supervision, collects data to prepare the Request for Proposal (RFP) for marketing. Partners in review of annual enrollment communication materials, and assist in the coordination of and support of annual enrollment and health fairs. Collaborates with procurement in contract reviews, collecting of experience data and census, 5500 information, and other data. Researches, analyzes, and evaluates benefit plan data and escalated issues. Participates in coordination and implementation of new benefits program. Requires an undergraduate degree in human resources management, business administration, or a similar discipline and a minimum of 4 years of experience in employee benefits design, analysis, and compliance and PPACA.
