The Bellman is responsible for providing a warm welcome and personalized assistance to guests upon arrival, during their stay, and at departure. As a Russian/Arabic-speaking Bellman, you will assist international guests by offering seamless communication and high-quality service, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and courteous manner.
Assist with luggage handling to and from guest rooms, vehicles, or storage areas.
Escort guests to their rooms, explain room features, and answer any initial queries.
Provide directions, hotel information, and assistance in Russian and/or Arabic when required.
Maintain the lobby area in a clean and orderly condition.
Arrange transportation services such as taxis, shuttles, or valet when needed.
Assist in storing and retrieving luggage for early arrivals and late departures.
Deliver packages, messages, and other items to guest rooms in a timely manner.
Provide information about local attractions, shopping, and dining.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
Work closely with the front office and concierge teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
Proficiency in Russian and/or Arabic is
required
; additional languages are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Neat, professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
Ability to lift and carry luggage and stand for extended periods.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
