Bellman (residencial Property)
Job Description
We are looking for a courteous and service-oriented Bellman to join our team at a residential property in Dubai. This position is for our sister concern of Palazzo Versace Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet residents and guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
Assist with luggage handling, deliveries, and transport arrangements.
Escort residents and guests to their units when required.
Provide general information about the property and available services.
Coordinate with security and reception teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the entrance, lobby, and driveway areas.
Respond to resident requests professionally and promptly.
Report any unusual activity or incidents to the supervisor or management.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or high-end residential property.
Polished appearance and excellent communication skills.
Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Good physical condition and stamina to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic knowledge of Dubai's locations and transport services is a plus.
