Store in-charge in the absence of the store manager. Promote excellent customer service to promote a positive customer orientation and ensure efficient, quality service in the store. Ensure the customer greeting, introduction and send off are done as per the company guidelines and procedures. Makes eye contact, smiles and projects a positive attitude to the customer. Promptly and effectively resolves customer complaints using the recommended process and focusing on customer satisfaction; maintains all records regarding complaints and redos. Ensure salon cleanliness, wait times, service and convenience. Ensure that the front desk does proper use of the telephone and communicates effectively and every call is turned in to booking. Assist the Store manager in Retail and Spa Inventory and able to manage it in the absence of the Store manager. Maintain a clean and neat business like appearance at all times using a high standard of personal hygiene. Ensure that the Front desk books the clients entering appropriate information into the POS in order to be able to get necessary reports from computer system. Oversee the cashiering and ensuring that everything is in order as per the company's accounting procedures-take payments, enter amounts into computer, and balance accounts at end of each shift. Answer a variety of questions from guests, and handle routine problems Ensure retail sales are enhanced and up to the target of the store. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and procedures-training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Handle emergencies that arise when on duty alone in the absence of the Store manager, notifying appropriate personnel. In charge of the store keys always update the key inventory. Perform other duties as assigned.
