Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Service Quality
Supervise daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow across all departments (hair, nails, facial, body, and VIP services).
Maintain luxury service standards, hygiene, and ambiance consistent with brand guidelines.
Oversee client scheduling, booking system, and walk-in management to optimize occupancy.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment and salon areas are clean, organized, and functional.
2. Staff Management & Training
Recruit, train, and evaluate stylists, therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Organize product knowledge sessions and customer service workshops.
Motivate the team with incentives, recognition, and clear communication.
3. Customer Experience
Greet and engage clients with professionalism and warmth.
Handle VIP guests and resolve complaints promptly and gracefully.
Ensure all client feedback is documented and addressed effectively.
Promote retail products and packages to enhance the guest experience and revenue.
4. Financial & Sales Performance
Monitor daily sales, service revenue, and product sales performance.
Manage expenses, stock levels, and inventory control (beauty supplies, products, uniforms, etc.).
Prepare monthly reports on revenue, cost, and profitability.
Support marketing and promotions to drive client retention and new bookings.
5. Brand & Compliance
Ensure compliance with salon policies, health, and safety regulations.
Maintain brand identity in visual presentation, staff grooming, and customer interaction.
Coordinate with marketing and PR teams for campaigns, photoshoots, and influencer collaborations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or Beauty Management (preferred).
Minimum
10 years of experience
in salon or spa management (luxury segment preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficient in POS and salon management software.
Fluent in
English
(Arabic is an asset).

Must have strong technical experience in beauty, hair, nails, and skin care
, including but not limited to:
Hair:
Professional knowledge of cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and product selection for various hair types.
Nails:
Expertise in manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and gel/acrylic systems with high hygiene standards.
Skin Care:
Understanding of facial treatments, exfoliation, masks, and product usage suitable for different skin conditions.
Beauty Services:
Familiarity with makeup application, waxing, threading, and overall beauty maintenance procedures.
Ability to
guide and train staff
on the latest beauty trends, tools, and techniques.
Ensure that
all services meet luxury standards
and deliver an exceptional client experience.
