Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic

Salon Manager

to lead daily operations, elevate client experiences, and drive sales performance in a high-end luxury salon. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational excellence, and passion for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full salon operations and staff performance. Develop and implement service quality and sales strategies. Manage scheduling, client relations, and performance reports. Ensure brand standards, hygiene, and client satisfaction are upheld. Lead, mentor, and motivate the salon team. Monitor KPIs and revenue goals.

Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years of salon management experience (UAE preferred). Exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills. Strong knowledge of the

beauty and wellness industry.

2? Assistant Salon Manager - Spring Souk Mall

Salary:

AED 9,000 - 10,000

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Assistant Salon Manager

to support salon operations, manage team coordination, and ensure exceptional client experiences. The role suits someone organized, customer-focused, and eager to grow into management.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Salon Manager with daily operations. Supervise staff, manage bookings, and ensure smooth workflow. Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance customer experience. Assist in product inventory, team training, and sales support. Maintain salon presentation and adherence to brand standards.

Requirements:

2-4 years of salon supervisory or assistant management experience. Strong understanding of beauty industry operations. Excellent multitasking, communication, and leadership skills.
