Salon Manager
to lead our team, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily salon operations and staff management.
Drive sales, promotions, and customer retention strategies.
Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
Monitor stock levels, inventory, and supplier relations.
Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with standards.
Prepare sales and performance reports for management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Sales-driven with knowledge of marketing and promotions.
Ability to handle scheduling, budgets, and targets.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
