What You'll Do:

Drive sales growth through smart strategies to consistently exceed targets. Identify and secure new business opportunities within the beauty and skincare industry. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Present our products through engaging demonstrations with expert knowledge. Work closely with marketing to support creative campaigns and promotions. Stay informed about beauty trends, competitors, and market changes. Provide accurate and insightful sales reports to management.

What We're Looking For:

Proven sales experience, ideally in beauty, cosmetics, or skincare. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven. Strong knowledge of beauty products and awareness of industry trends. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team. Flexibility to travel for client meetings and events.
