We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Beauty Sales Executive with strong experience in the beauty industry and established relationships with women's salons. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing salon partnerships, closing agreements, driving product sales, and representing the brand professionally in the market while maintaining strong long-term relationships with salon owners and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage strong relationships with women's beauty salons and hair & beauty professionals.
Actively identify, approach, and onboard new salons as official brand partners.
Present and promote beauty products effectively to salon owners, managers, and technicians.
Negotiate, close, and manage commercial agreements and partnerships with salons.
Ensure proper brand representation and compliance with brand guidelines across all partner salons.
Maintain continuous communication with salons to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to support sales strategy.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, promotions, and launches.
Prepare sales reports, client feedback, and performance updates for management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in beauty sales, preferably in salon-focused or B2B beauty distribution.
Strong existing network and relationships with women's salons.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with clients.
Strong understanding of beauty products (haircare, skincare, professional salon products).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple salon accounts.
Professional appearance and strong brand representation skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
Preferred Experience
Previous experience working with beauty brands, distributors, or salon suppliers.
Experience in contract negotiation and partnership management.
Knowledge of salon operations and purchasing cycles.
