- Must be a licensed or qualified cosmetology/beauty educator
- At least 2 years teaching experience in this field
- At least 2 years work experience in a salon
- Knowledge of current cosmetology industry trends, standards and operations
- Must possess a thorough understanding of skin and nail care
- Ability to handle large classes
- conduct thorough research and creatively prepare lesson plans
- deliver courses and lessons, assessment recording and reporting
- monitor and track performance of therapists
- be part of the appraisal and professional development of the therapists/technicians
- Fun loving professional, with industry savvy attitude and excellent computer skills.
- Must be an organized and a patient teacher who can bring out the best from the students.
