We are Bond's Girl beauty workshop - a successful chain of beauty studios located in the center of Moscow. We have been in this business for 4 years, our team consists of more than 140 people, all business processes are perfectly streamlined, and customer service is fully automated in our mobile application. We are actively expanding our business and currently looking for a new member of our team for the position of Beauty Salon Manager in Dubai. We invite professional managers experienced in the field of beauty, fluent in English and with understanding of the specifics of the UAE. • A business launch in the UAE together with the owners
• Operational management of two studios
• Organization of the work of studios and staff (administrators and masters)
• Control and revision of the rules of the salon.
• Adaptation of business processes and product to local market
• Organization of inventory and purchase of consumables
• Generation and implementation of ideas to improve the level of customer service
• Participation in the planning of marketing campaigns and promotions
• Search and adaptation of new employees. (We have our own training center in Moscow)
• Preparation and analysis of all salon business metrics
• Ensuring compliance with technical, sanitary, hygienic standards and fire safety

Requirements:

• At least 2 years work experience as a beauty/restaurant/hotel business in the UAE
• Advanced knowledge of financial and management accounting
• Confident PC user (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Active life position and ability to solve any problem
• Analytical mindset and systematic approach to work
• Advanced managerial skills
• Multitasking
