Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Beautician to join our premium salon in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be versatile in a range of beauty services, including hair care, facials, waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure, and basic makeup. She should be customer-oriented, professional, and able to deliver high-quality beauty treatments with consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a full range of beauty services, including:
Hair cutting, blow drying, coloring, and styling
Facial treatments and skincare routines
Eyebrow threading and waxing
Manicure and pedicure (normal and gel polish)
Makeup application and basic hairstyling for events
Assess clients' beauty needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards across all tools, workstations, and treatment areas.
Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Keep up-to-date with beauty trends, new techniques, and product knowledge.
Ensure all salon procedures comply with UAE health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Support the salon in daily operations and assist team members when needed.
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Beautician or All-Rounder in a salon environment.
Certified beautician or cosmetology diploma preferred.
Proficiency in hair styling, facial treatments, waxing, and nail care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a professional and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when required.
Must be currently in the UAE or willing to relocate.
