Machine Operation: Operate Beam Saw machines to cut wood, MDF, chipboard, or other materials as per technical drawings and specifications.
Setup and adjustments: Set up the machine, adjust saw blades, speed and feed rates for different materials and job requirements.
Quality control: Inspect materials before and after cutting to ensure accuracy and quality
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the machine operates efficiently
Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Documentation: Keep accurate records of materials used, production output, and machine performance
Collaboration: Work with Team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in operating beam saw or similar machinery
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Knowledge of different materials and their properties
Attention to detail and precision in measurements and cuts
Physical stamina and ability to handle heavy materials
Understanding of safety procedures related to machinery operation
