We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Beach Manager to oversee the daily operations of the beach facility. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional hospitality standards, smooth operational management, and outstanding guest experiences. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day beach operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and service excellence.
Manage hospitality services, including F&B outlets, beach activities, entertainment, and guest relations.
Supervise and schedule lifeguards, security, housekeeping, and hospitality staff.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with vendors, event organizers, and authorities for smooth operations.
Maintain facility assets, equipment, and supplies at optimal levels.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or resort/beach management.
Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, F&B services, and guest experience management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
