We are looking for a vibrant and experienced guy who has worked in any of the media production companies or in events. The Role: \xc2\xb7 You will be working within our team in Dubai and our clients across the United Arab Emirates. \xc2\xb7 You will engage with clients across the United Arab Emirates, production teams, and you will play a critical \xc2\xb7 role in ensuring that media projects are delivered successfully, on time, and exceeding client expectations. \xc2\xb7 The primary responsibility of the role is to generate and close new B2B sales targeting Corporations and Governments Institutions. Role Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Develop new business and client acquisition strategies and execute results driven roadmaps to achieve monthly and annual revenue growth targets, increase the company market share. \xc2\xb7 360-degree sales cycle: lead generation, pipeline growth, preparation and submission of proposals and quotations, negotiation, and deal closure. \xc2\xb7 Meeting with clients: to understand their needs and requirements, and then collaborating with internal team to develop tailor made proposals and offers. You will be the main point of contact for clients, responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships and ensuring that their needs are always met. \xc2\xb7 Negotiating and closing contracts: you will be responsible for negotiating and closing contracts with clients for Media Production services. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the Production Team for project realization and delivery, ensure best in class client experience and quality. \xc2\xb7 Diligently observe and fully comply with the established policies and procedures of the company. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work effectively with others as a team player, including strong communication and collaboration skills Key Skills & Experience: \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 to 3 years\' experience in B2B channels, particularly business development and new sales for Media production activities. \xc2\xb7 Established network of relationships with decision makers in UAE government and semi-government entities, private enterprises, Media Agencies. \xc2\xb7 Strong networking skills to foster and generate new business. \xc2\xb7 A proactive hunting mindset and approach, coupled with an entrepreneurial outlook, customer-centric focus, and tenacity. \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation, communication skills, ability to influence and engage decision makers and stakeholders Other Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication \xc2\xb7 Currently living in Dubai - United Arab Emirates \xc2\xb7 Fluent in English is mandatory, Arabic is a plus. \xc2\xb7 UAE driving license Thank you in advance to all the candidates that will submit their application, priority will be given to candidates with previous UAE experience in Media Production sales and immediate availability.
