B2B BDM- Digital Signage - Abu Dhabi Sales & Marketing

One of our client a leading MNC is looking for a B2B Business Development Manager, Digital Signage for their office in Abu Dhabi

  • Achieve company goals (Revenue, Profit) by leading UAE BDM team members by enhancing end customer development and key partner (System Integrators / Consultants / Eco partners) managements
  • Develop and lead new sales / vertical / products strategy based on market trends / insights
  • Showing strong leadership and effective communication between sales team and management
  • Individual target (Transportation vertical) need to be accomplished
Role & Responsibility
  • Support and help the team to cultivate and develop relationship through top sales activities (Executing same activities toward own accounts - CRM activities)
  • Internal management and coaching on BDM's core activities - Short/Mid/Long term pipeline management, End customer enhancement / SI partner engagement
  • Execute QBR activities with customers along with BDM and team leader to enhance market engagement
  • Plan & Conduct lead generation activities such as roadshow, exhibition by communicating along with marketing PIC
  • Be aware and updated on all trends, new solutions and technologies so all the time can be known by partners and customers as the leading force regarding future technologies and in that way be recognized in the market as a true expert in its field
  • In-depth involvement on monthly sales target and drive the BDM team to execute toward the goal - Sales forecast / On time Order Generation (Executing same activities for own vertical)
  • Reporting to the management on short / mid / long term business outlook and execution plan for the team
  • Overviewing channel (Distribution) inventory to have rights stock by monitoring sell out (Pipeline)
Experience / Requirements

Experienced in mega projects development, management (including project financing) and key account management

Display, LED, AV solutions sales-related experience is preferred

Ability to integrate solutions with diverse products and solutions

Relevant knowledge and experience in vertical business

Good knowledge of end-customer's channel distribution

Excellent communication and negotiation skills (c-level) in addition to consulting and presentation skills

Understanding of sales operation such as forecast, channel PSI, P&L

Prefer to have work experience with display manufacturer's

(Sales leader or sales)

At least 5 yrs experience in commercial display business
