Business Development Assistant

to join our team and help drive sales and growth initiatives.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by identifying opportunities, managing client communications, preparing proposals, and conducting market research. This position is ideal for someone motivated to develop a career in sales, marketing, and business strategy.

What You'll Do:

Work closely with the Business Development Manager to support daily sales activities Help discover and develop new business opportunities Assist in creating quotations, proposals, and client presentations Maintain accurate client records and CRM entries Research market trends and analyze competitors Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and other client interactions Contribute to marketing and sales campaigns when needed Track and report on sales performance

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Well-organized and able to manage time effectively Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Able to work independently and collaboratively Knowledge of the Qatar market is advantageous Hardworking, motivated, and committed to delivering results
