Our client is a one of the global hotel owners and management services with development in Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Europe. They are now looking for a key person in Thailand to responsible in increasing the number of hotels under management.

- Work as a key person in the expansion of the hotel chain
- Responsible in meeting and establish strong working relationships with hotels and property developers, real estate agents and brokers with to introduce services.
- Work with hotel owners to determine key needs for the business and identify opportunities
- Conduct the business plan for the Business Development of hotels
- Participate in the business networking to marketing the chain and company.
- Analyze and conduct the market behaviors and hotel market for the opportunity of the expansion.
- Source and evaluate investment opportunities and manage information for effective strategic planning, M&A, and closing contract agreement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Real Estate or any related.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development of hotel development, real estate, or related.
- Possess Hands-on attitude, able to work independently, good strategic thinking.
- Skilled of the market research, property valuation, advisory, feasibility study, Joint venture searching, property development, sourcing hotel management opportunity for the local and international market
