Bbq Chef/cook

Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Prepare and cook BBQ items including meats, poultry and seafood

Operate grills, smokers, and BBQ equipment safely and efficiently

Marinate, season, and smoke foods according to recipes and standards

Monitor cooking temperatures and timing for optimal flavor and doneness

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the grill station and kitchen area

Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP standards

Manage portion control and minimize food wastage

Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order delivery

Handle storage and proper rotation of raw and cooked food items

Skills & Qualifications



Proven experience as a BBQ Chef / Grill Chef

Strong knowledge of BBQ techniques (grilling, smoking, roasting)

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen

Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Physical stamina to stand for long hours and work in high-heat conditions

Team-oriented with good communication skills

Creativity in flavors, marinades, and sauces is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
