Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and professionally
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner, taking orders and offering recommendations
• Stay informed about drink menus, ingredients, and specials
• Handle transactions accurately and responsibly
• Support other team members during peak service hours
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service guidelines

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a hotel or upscale bar
• Strong knowledge of mixology, local beverage trends, and guest preferences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Positive attitude and team spirit
