Job Description
We are recruiting for an experienced, calm and inclusive female Barre Instructor to join a premium ladies' boutique studio in sunny Abu Dhabi! They would be required to lead dynamic, music-driven classes with proper choreography. The ideal candidate has a background in fitness or dance, strong cueing abilities, and a passion for helping clients reach their goals in a fun, supportive environment.
The Package:
- a basic salary (between 7 000 - 9 000 AED depending on qualifications and experience)
- commission to be discussed in the interview
- employment visa

- 30 days paid annual leave
- uniform - t-shirts
Requirements:
- Barre certification
- Additional pilates certifications would be advantageous
- Minimum of 2 years experience instructing Barre
- Experience dealing with a high caliber of clients in a boutique studio
- English speaking (fluent)
- Other languages are advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Works well in a team
- Respectful, reliable & professional
- calm, positive, enthusiastic and inclusive
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Teach choreographed barre classes synced to music, offering modifications for all levels.
- Create engaging playlists and well-structured class flows.
- Ensure a safe, welcoming studio environment.
- Arrive on time, set up equipment, and maintain cleanliness.
- Build client relationships and support studio events and retention efforts.
