Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking their orders and providing recommendations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including equipment and workstations.

Ensure high-quality standards in every beverage prepared by following recipes and procedures.

Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently.

Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management when supplies are low.

Participate in training new staff members on beverage preparation techniques and customer service skills.

Stay updated on coffee trends, product offerings, and promotions to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

A passion for coffee culture with knowledge of various brewing methods is preferred.

Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.

A team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals.

A flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays as needed.
