Greet and serve the guest by Novotel standards of food and beverage in terms of quality, presentation, sanitation in a gracious and professional manner. Follow up daily outlet operation task by helping and acting. Display aggressive hospitality through positive personality with both guest and fellow associates. Take pride in all facets of service with a clean professional appearance and keep a sparkling clean dining room at all times.
Self-motivate by consistently focus on guest satisfaction & deliver service excellence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Able to read and write English
• An honest self-starter with a cool, organized disposition.
• Flexible & well groomed.
• Able to work at different Shift
• Friendly disposition and well mannered
• Sense of responsibility & knows how to supervise his/her team members
