We are looking for a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. The role involves preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take food and beverage orders.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other cafe equipment safely.
Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality of all drinks and food items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating area.
Restock supplies, ingredients, and equipment as needed.
Handle cash, card payments, and issue receipts accurately.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist with opening and closing duties of the cafe.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience as a Barista or in food & beverage service is preferred.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and cafe equipment operation.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
