Oversee daily coffee shop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Train, mentor, and supervise baristas to maintain quality and efficiency.
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty drinks according to company standards.
Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in all areas.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide excellent service.
Develop and refine coffee recipes, brewing methods, and presentation.
Monitor equipment maintenance and schedule repairs as needed.
Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff performance.
Promote a positive and motivated work environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience as Head Barista or Barista in a similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of coffee and espresso drinks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
