Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming and clean cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to company standards. Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Engage with customers in a friendly, positive manner; take orders, answer questions, and make recommendations. Maintain product knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu items. Ensure proper presentation of drinks and pastries, focusing on quality and consistency. Handle payments accurately and operate the POS system. Maintain cleanliness of work area, coffee machines, equipment, and cafe seating area. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards. Assist with inventory checks, stocking supplies, and restocking as needed. Work as part of a team to achieve daily goals and ensure smooth cafe operations.

Qualifications & Skills:



Previous barista or cafe experience (preferred but not required). Passion for coffee, beverages, and customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and cash handling skills. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
