Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to customer/visitor specifications
Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner
Support team members during busy hours with a positive attitude
Qualifications:
Previous barista or customer service experience is a plus, but not required--we'll train the right person!
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn
