All Inclusive Collection Properties is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining the cleanliness of the coffee station, and delivering exceptional service to guests.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty beverages with accuracy, consistency, and attention to presentation. Customize beverages based on guest requests while maintaining quality standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders promptly, and addressing questions or concerns. Upsell and recommend beverages, snacks, and promotions to enhance the guest experience. Operate, clean, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other cafe equipment. Troubleshoot and report any technical or maintenance issues promptly. Monitor and manage stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; ensure timely replenishment. Follow cash handling procedures, process payments accurately, and maintain transaction records when required. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, counters, seating areas, and storage spaces. Adhere strictly to food safety, health, and hygiene regulations at all times. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of products to minimize waste. Assist in training and supporting new team members. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Contribute to a team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues during busy shifts. Represent the brand by maintaining high standards of personal appearance and professional conduct.


Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

High School diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a barista in a hotel or cafe setting. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
